Since at least 1958 the military has engaged in spraying particles into the air presumably to study weather modification. These activities were sporadic in time and location. But about 2010, during the Obama Administration, the aerial spraying of particulates became a near-daily activity across North America, the European Union, the British Commonwealth, and other countries including China, Egypt, India, Russia and perhaps others. This was a covert activity with denial and disinformation seemingly coordinated at all levels of government. No information was made available on the particle compositions sprayed into the air we all breathe, and no information on potentially adverse health risks.
